Conditions and Policies

ARTIST AGREEMENTS

Completed entry or inventory form constitutes a contract between Gateway Arts Center and the Artist. 

-Entry fees are non-refundable.

-All art must remain until the published show end date unless otherwise negoitiated.

-Work is always handled professionally and with utmost care, however Gateway assumes no responsibility for accidental damages.

-Items must properly equipped to hang. No sawtooth or factory eyehooks on cardboard inserts. Weight appropriate hooks must be

 attached to the FRAME for stabilty. Delivered artwork that does not comply is subject to rejection. Artist assumes risk of  work hung 

 on inadequate systems.

-Gateway reserves the right to use photographs in future publications

ART SALES 

Payment is required to hold any item regardless of show end date.

Customer is responsible for pick up on agreed date- no reminders will be issued.

All sales of original merchandise are final.
